      Welcome back. Since your admin expired in early 2018, you'll need to do a re-fresher real quick. Just to make sure you're up to date. Let me know if you're available and we can get that taken care of. Your SB is active again

      Update:

      Got ahold of Ewok. Gave a little re-fresher and is back up to speed. @Management when you deem necessary, Ewok can be move back to lvl 3.
