Anti-Virus/Spyware Software

I had a security issue on my PayPal account earlier today.

Luckily my account has 0 balance and the bank account linked to it cannot transfer money, so I don't think they can get at anything.

I also recieved warning that someone from Japan has accessed my email account. I have since run a full system scan with avast antivirus and malwarebytes anti-malware, with neither software picking up any threats.

So, what anti-virus or other software would you guys recommend so I can get rid of whatever crap is giving someone access to my accounts?

Though i'm not sure how they got my paypal password as I haven't logged into paypal since I found out my bank sucks months ago...

EDIT: And before you guys even say it; NO I WILL NOT STOP LOOKING AT PORN GODDAMNIT!

    A. Stop looking at porn.

    B. Give up, somebody Asian smart hijacked you're computer and there's nothing you can do.

    C. Norton Antivirus has been wonders for me. No viruses since 2010, when I first started using it. If I were you, change all of your security settings/passwords on your email, and possibly make a new paypal (if you're able to).

Change passwords to atleast 10 characters using a lot of symbols, never had any problems. Change them frequently, oh yea, stop looking at porn sites that make your computer sick.

Download KeyScrambler (http://www.qfxsoftware.com/download.htm) I use it whenever on the internet, it just scrambles your keystrokes to prevent keyloggers and the such from doing its work. It definitely fits the needs of paranoia. You should always delete your sessions history/data everytime you close your browser. There are options to do it, and it works great. For antivirus I recommend Kaspersky PURE. 80 bucks a year (convert it to pounds, not sure the conversion) for three licenses. Gives you everything you want.

ESET is good, but look around to see the one that suits you and you think you can trust.

Yes, change your password and record it somewhere on the paper/memorize it. Don't store it anywhere on your PC. Also, if you watch porno download the torrents, much safer than streaming it. And the golden rule is do not click or even open emails asking to verify your banking/login information. I've recently got a few of those and you know what I replied to them!

Microsoft Security Essentials. It's free and it does the job well.

Windows Defender. But that's because I'm running Windows 8, in Windows 7 and earlier I'd run Microsoft Security Essentials.
