This is getting ridiculous today. Every game with weapon purchasing we get team flashed at least 3 or 4 times EVERY ROUND. It's frustrating and not fun.

This is a request to get flashbang grenades permanently restricted on the Minigame server. From a donator.

Umh... that would be overkill. People enjoy flashbangs and they are a good part of the MG server. If team flashing is getting excessive, in team chat (the "U" key by default) type @ and then your message. This message will be read by the admins and the appropriate action taken. That's what us admins are there for... so use us.

Yes, Use as he said because if you tell the admins over all chat the offender is likely to stop because he admins will be watching them...

I'll be honest by saying it's difficult to track down who team flashes unless you spec in the third person, so I normally send out a mass warning and sit in spec while hoping to catch the idiot who chooses to screw their team over. If there aren't any admin on at the time, feel free to contact one of us and we'll take care of the issue.

Yes, and also record a demo so we can correlate the "Fire in the Hole" with the person who threw it. It might take a couple of heads to figure out exactly (if there are several) but it's some evidence versus none.

And @Brian , is it not possible to have a SourceTV record a server wide demo?

Things like flashes and smokes cannot be restricted because several game modes require these. However if someone is being a douche, for example throwing a made right after a teleport then this constitutes as glitching and is therefore warn kick ban. An example for this is the well known example of glitching in office course and example of them being need is smoke wars.
