Half-Life 3: Bella's Debunk

I have a lot of time on my hands...

Possible hints to the release of Half-Life 3.
It's old news to most, but unsure to all.
You can have your "my opinion is fact because I'm a Melvin" moments all you want, but you know nothing!
I got bored one night and collected a bunch of clues to make this lovely post.
Some of the clues have been altered by Photoshop in order to reveal it more clearly.

When a clue is just a lambda, I'd like to think that game is hinting
"Keep Half-Life in your mind, because something's coming."
So when I point out clues that don't seem, clueish, and more Easter Eggish, you'll know why.

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    HINT 1: Black-Aperture.com

    NEW CLUES ON THIS

Currently, on Black-Aperture.com, the website's Title Bar says "Status - ///"
That's "3" slashes for those of you who may need help counting.
I'd like to believe that it's an indication of something that is #3.

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------
And if you looked at the source code of the site in the past
The Title Bar used to say "Status: Mark 7"
Which is assumingly referring to the HEV suit; the 'MK VII' in Half-Life
    Suit upgrade?
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Also, when viewing the source-code, I notice that they've used...
    Code:
    color: #333
    ...as their font color.
They aren't even using the font, why put that?
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Another bit of unnecessary cluster of HTML code is hidden behind this simple splash-page.
It's not just any code, it's Morse Code!
    Code:
    <meta http-equiv="=././//-/" content="text/html; charset=utf-8" />
    In Morse Code, "././//-/" stands for E E T.
I have no idea what it stands for other than Eastern European Time,
    which I'm sure it's not...
...but I'm almost certain that it has a purpose.
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Apparently it changes, and was once...

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------

If you've ever been to http://www.black-aperture.com in the past,
you may have come upon this splash page.

If you look at this logo a little closer,
you can see the aperture science logo inside the HL3 logo.
I've altered the image's lighting in the photo below to make the aperture logo easier to see.
The image, when clicked on, would take you to http://www.half-life3.com which then,
and currently, redirects everyone to http://orange.half-life2.com/.
If you were to try and connect to http://www.hl3.com,
you would be presented with the following message.

So obviously Valve bought the domain, half-life3.com.

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------

black-aperture.com is not a valve owned domain,
but previously owned by a man named David Hassen.
Currently, it is owned by a Carlos White.
Neither of them having anything to do with Valve as far as the public knows.

NEW HINT: Possibly relative to last Morse Code above
    [IMG]

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Currently, the site displays a new splash page!
The image shown is the text: ".../3"
After messing with exposures, and lighting in photoshop,
    maybe a little smart-sharpen techniques,
you can see that it shows an 8 and a 5 in the first dot.
Another far-fetched idea... eight minus five is three (8-5=3).
Yet another indication, other than the obvious 3 on the page,
that the number 3 plays a significant role in these clues.

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    HINT 2: TF2 gets involved
Team Fortress II has quite a few possible hints as well.
This was dug up out of pure boredom, and I thought maybe it was worth looking into.
The image below is a TeamFortress.com address, as you can clearly see.
    It's the Aurora Borealis.
The Borealis was the name of the ship, mentioned in Half-Life 2: Episode 2.
This may be quite a stretch, but entertaining to say the least...
The twinkling of the star creates a backwards lambda!
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    [IMG]
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    [IMG]

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------

HINT 4: Portal 2 - Lab Rat Comic
In the Portal 2 comic, "Lab Rat," you'll notice they sneakily toss in the HL2 Gravity Gun,
and the Med & HEV Dispensers in one of the frames. I've circled them for you here.

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    HINT 5: Atramental-Plateau
Not really sure what to think of the site, http://atramental-plateau.com/.
    Atramental meaning, Black.
    Plateau meaning, Mesa.
It's a simple splash page with the Black Mesa logo in the smack-center of the page.
Under the logo, is a poorly hidden message when the page is high-lighted.
The message simply reads "E3 2012" which assumingly translates to...
Half-Life 2: Episode 3 will come out sometime in 2012.
Oddly, the source-code of the site indicates that the logo is not an image,
but a series of codes that seem to create the logo using shapes.

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    HINT 6: Alien Swarm, Decompiled
    The game Alien Swarm, by Valve, had a well-hidden clue;
possibly not even a clue, but a slip-up.
If you decompile one of their maps,
you will find entities listed as ep3 entities as well as the word "Aperture"
    As listed...
    Code:
    Ep3 blob shake position
    Ep3 blob fire cover position
    Ep3 blob brain cover position
    Ep3 blob brain regenerate position
    Ep3 blob spit position
    Ep3 blob spawn regenerator position
    Aperture: nest

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    HINT 7: Portal 2 & Ep2 Foreshadow
If you've ever played portal 2, maybe you've noticed these marvelous spoilers in the images below.
The Borealis is the ship discussed in Ep2.
Mysteriously, an "Aperture" crate is being lifted onto it in the first image.
The second image explains that the combine have found the Borealis hidden in an icecap.
The third image shows a life-saver from the Borealis, in Portal 2.

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    HINT 8: Steam Christmas Sale
Maybe you've seen this before, but if you want to have an extremely open-mind about it and not think it's just a coincident... You'll notice that the Lambda necklace has 3 glints on it. Of course there are glints all over the place, but many people believe the 3 on the necklace were intentional, pointing out that HL3 is in-progress.

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------

HINT 9: Saxton is a Freeman Fan!
Look closely at his chest-hair; don't get too excited!
It's Gordon Freeman from the Half-Life series!
Also his veins seem to form a Lambda on HIS left arm.
Do his knuckles form a 3 to you? Just sayin'.

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------

HINT 10: Parsifal is a decoy!
Information provided to me by @Peter.
Gabe Newell has been seen sporting a hat on a lot, lately.
But not just any hat! This hat says Parsifal on it.
Parsifal is an Opera by Wagner in 1882.
The Catalogue of Wagner is denoted as (WWV - 111.)
    That's three(3) folks!

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hint 11 - The VALVE Handbook
PAGE 20 of the "VALVE Handbook for New Employees,"
    illustrates a man wearing a Half-Life 3 T-Shirt in the second frame.
As well as Aperture Logos on coffee mugs in the third.
Possibly a supporting hint towards the combining of the two series.

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hint 12 - Cave Johnson & Blappeture Mesa

NEW HINT: Cave Johnson & Blappeture Mesa

This page displays a silly logo, metaphorically created by Cave Johnson,
after his supposed purchase of Black Mesa.
A combination of Aperture and Black Mesa, Blappeture Mesa.
It also plays a sound-file; a voice-over of Cave Johnson talking about the purchase.

In the page's source code, you will find the following line:
    Code:
    <br /><br /><h3><!-- hl3 q2 2012 --></h3>

That is, indeed the voice of Cave Johnson.
    Now what's this all about?

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------
New Hint 13 - New Source Engine
    [IMG]
On 8/6/2012, it was discovered by a non-valve employee that the source engine was
getting a big upgrade. So big, they just went with a "2" instead of sneaking it into your monthly
Steam Upgrades. "Source 2" is what was found, along with some hopeful peaks into the
possibility of a new HAMMER EDITOR. Thank God!

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    Unknowns
    Fan-made? Leak?
    ...
It's been said that Valve employee's are referring to this secret project as Ricochet 2.
    ...
    It works?

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    VIDEO HINT 1
Gabe Newell is either a master-troll when it comes to all of this,
or this video confirms that he's working on a new Half-Life.
The creation of the signature Half-Life crowbar. Classy!
Also... He hits the Crowbar 3 times before the other guy talks.

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    VIDEO HINT 2
You'll notice that the text at the top of the transmission,
that last word says Lanthanum, which means "to lie hidden." In greek, this reads as λανθανω.
Does that first character look familiar?
Also, notice how his transmission cuts off after he says "one, one, one..."
    That's three(3)

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    VIDEO HINT 3
I spy the HL3 LOGO!

    THINGS TO THINK ABOUT...
    • Valve Has No Games Scheduled Beyond 2012
    • Is Valve Waiting for Next-Generation Hardware?
    • Why was Half-Life 2: Episode 3 ceased?
    • Why does Valve dance around the idea of Half-Life 3?
    • Why does Gabe talk about a "Ricochet 2" with a laugh?

I'm confused about unknown 1. Episode 3 was already announced in 2006, I see no reason why they wouldn't make a page for it.

You find me official proof of that, with images that aren't concepts, and then I'll admit you're right. As far as I'm concerned, that was a rumor blown out of proportion, exaggerated, and viralized for no reason. It's 2012 now honey, and not one thing has been mentioned or shown of Ep3 since. Everything in Valve right now is under lock-down. No one's saying anything about anything. Just leaving these hints in their media.

All it is is a page with no info on it at all except for the genre and some concept art... Theres no release date or description of the game. Gabe said they would be making 3 episodes to Half-Life 2 in 2006, so theres no reason not to make a page. http://half-life.wikia.com/wiki/File:HL2_Episodes_-_PC_Gamer,_May_2006.jpg

Valve is just trolling you with all the λambdas.
He said they'd make 4 episodes actually. Valve has a tendency to try a lot of new things like the item unlocks in TF2. It started out simple with weapon upgrades released on a per class basis, then expanded exponentially into a store of convoluted items. Since they failed to keep up with the short dev schedule, its likely they abandoned the idea of episodic gaming.
