        @masterchodda Id remove the vent spot from under the map (keep the sewer) but remove the vent because its 10/10 too OP XD

          i think that with or without props being able to fit in there that it is too OP. its such a tight area. it would have to be wider to not be so OP

            Short Description: Please update current bluetown with this, changes include fix to OP vent in basement, fixed lag issue for people with crappy computers (LOL sry not sry), added some props and tweaked some textures, added grass to skybox as it looked lame without anything there, enjoy!

              I still think it's a bit odd that there's a ladder to the vent in the sewers but you can't enter it that way. Not sure how that benefits zombies, or anyone? Doesn't seem like that changed the OP spot much at all unless you removed props in that room.

                I agree after the play-test. It sounded better in my head? lol? TY for the feedback, I am fixing it now.
                FYI - That was not the only change I made. There were many other subtle changes and additions. Mainly, I addressed an issue with lag for people with less than amazing computers.

                  Please pardon the double post, this thread sees little action these days :grin:
                  I have made changes to blue town. I believe all issues brought to my attention have been rectified.

                  ghs_lila_blue_town_pf7.bsp

                  *Changes include but are not limited to:
                  - Aesthetics (skybox, various)
                  - Secrets added. Tell you later lol
                  - Fixed a hold down spot
                  - Vanity overwhelmed me and my name is in the map twice
                  - That may or may not be where the secrets are lurking
                  - Most likely fixed the vent (bite me it stays)
                  - Giga wanted the doors back in the padded rooms - !BAM! - they are back as well as I remember them
                  - Working on zm_rtvgaymay_a1 (seriously)
                  - Sorry OX no spinning galaxy, I did something else.

                      Hold off on this map bluetown 7 please, working on the rotating skybox now. Maybe it will work, otherwise the map is done. After a test rename to final and not changing anything else.

                      OK, sorry for the delay. No rotating skybox. Here is the final version of this map. After a successful test on server, if there are no more changes rename to final.
                      Here is the new file and pictures. It is optimized and should be perfect on older computers.

                      We tested it a while ago but I was told that it wasn't the final version and that @GiGaBiTe was making some edits to it. Is this not the case?

                      Not to my knowledge. This is the final version for me. I gave him the vmf and said go nutz, but after this last version as I wanted to finish it. Up to you. Thanks either way!

                      I've been slowly fixing the numerous issues the map has, but it'll be awhile before I'm done with it. I work near 15 hour days and only have time on weekends to work on it.
