add a info_teleport_destination from the point entity list
    name it teleport_destination
place it wherever you want the players to teleport

make a brush with a trigger texture
    select it and press ctrl+t
    assign it to a trigger_teleport
open up the properties of it (double click it)
type in: teleport_destination in the "remote destination"
go to the tab "FLAGS" and make sure that "CLIENTS" is checked
place the trigger wherever you want it

now when you walk into that trigger you will teleport to the info_teleport_destination
    Done.

You're not supposed to see the trigger. If you want to add any detailing at/around it simply add a func_detail or func_illusionary (the illusionary has no collision)

Or if you really want to see the trigger (for whatever reason), simply enable cheats (sv_cheats 1) and then in console type showtriggers_toggle

      You have a leak sir.

Go to the top tabs and click Map -> "Load Pointfile" That should produce a red line to point you at the leak.

Honestly bro, we're here to help... but the extreme basics you need to learn yourself by experimentation. Watch videos on YouTube, there are literally thousands of beginner mapper videos. And after you've made the basics of a map and need help with functions, I/O's, etc, then make a thread about it. If you keep doing what you're doing now, you'll never finish your map and will have hundreds of threads asking for help. :shutmouth: Believe me, this comes from personal experience. It's best to add someone on Steam and communicate that way, it'll be much quicker that way. Good luck!

Mapping will take alot of time to learn. like @Si˚ posted, watch Tophattwaffle's tutorials. They helped me. Also, don't be afraid to ask people for help! Sajak and Ghost helped me out quite a bit!

          Good luck!

Pro tip: you can almost entirely learn hammer without ever leaving the program. After placing an entity open its properties window and click the help button (VERY USEFUL).

Also if you don't know how to make a teleporter; your not advanced

I wasn't advanced and i made one. Actually, i made a few. A teleport isn't that hard once you know what to do. I just submitted my first CS:S map. I have made a few Quake 2 maps with GTK Radiant, but thats it. They were hideous and i will never ever ever ever ever show them to anybody ever in the future of anything.
