I got a model G36C that I just got. I still have to spraypaint the body since it's illegal to ship solid coloured.

The optic is a Red dot scope with a laser built-in.

    EDIT 1:

Just painted the body and mag matte black to match the rest of the gun, doesn't look to shabby if I do say so myself.

    EDIT 2: I bought a KP-07 for a sidearm,

In Canada, you don't need an orange tip on the gun.

It's a SRC G36C Gen 3. 8mm BB shoots hot (400fps) dubbed the beer can shredder.

What brand red dot do you have on that? Looks like it's on a QD mount, was that stock or did you add it separate? I may possibly be ordering a rifle(real, not airsoft) in the next few months, and have been shopping around for some quality optics for it.

For airsoft I have an AK-47 already, but I never bothered with optics or anything special for it. Until now I didn't really live in an area suitable for taking it out.

It's an NCStar Red dot. Approx $80 CAD, the Folding stock is a normal stock for a g36 assault rifle

What's the MOA on it? I'd ask how well it keeps zero, but there's not really any way to test that on something without recoil.

    The dot itself is 3MOA

Every time you click it to sight it it's 1 MOA.

from the reviews, it got some good reviews on amazon. I don't know about how well it'll keep zero. Can't answer that mate

Not too bad. 3MOA or less is pretty decent, and it's definitely not as pricey as the EOTech optics.

Yeah no doubt. Though only con is sighting is a bit of a hassle for red dots, especially with no laser for the mussel, or airsoft guns

Yeah, the gun I'm planning to get won't be too bad. It's only a .22(not enough $$$ at the moment for an Armalite .223  ) so it'll just be sighted in to around 50-75 yards. I was planning on picking up a laser boresight anyways since I'll be needing one for my later purchases, so that will help.

also, remember with basic math, some guns if you sight it early (Such as a p90 for an example) to 40 yds, the bullet will still come down from it's arc and hit the sight again at 100 yds

I just tore apart my gun to paint it, and everything fits into a cereal box.. how nifty

Theres an annoying flaw in mine, everytime it fires, the cocking handle shoots back and then forward like the real rifle. While looking nice and adding a touch of realism, must be a drain on the battery...

Its because yours is a blowback rifle, you need to take it apart /fieldstrip and disconnect the mechanism.
