Whoa you must be loaded, two macs a random linux and enough for a moderately priced machine? Also what OS of linux?

probably$5 000 of hardware right there

Gentoo.2008 OpenRC KDE4 Kernel 3.2.5 Custom. I'd rather use my own kernel instead of Gentoo's supplied one.

The Linux machine host my small random files. Mostly music.

And no, I'm not loaded. I for grant bought all the machines new. But the Mac Pro I got on a discount. The rest I made monthly payments on. I try my best to keep my credit up. Helps a lot when I need essential things (Computers are not essential)

Sweet! I dono much about hardware specs, so the main thing I noticed was "music making machine"! What kinda music do you make? Would love to hear it

Whatever comes off my mind with the MIDI keyboard. I'm by no means a professional. But Logic Pro is nice to use a lot of instruments with one single keyboard.

I would like to place a bid at $200 please.

Also what music making software do you use? Mixcraft? GarageBand? (or my personal favorite,) FLStudio?

If multiple then say so, I would love to find some more!

I use Garageband and Logic Studio. Would like to get a hold of Avid protools. But, a lot of money for the software plus you need the hardware for it to run.

Protools is amazing, but the whole charging for updates and plugins is bull. My friend is running like v7 of the main pro tools and recorded me singing and it was perfect. See if you can get a cheap version from ebay or amazon or something. Much more worth it. With hardware he got a shitty plug in mic amp that works perfectly.
