Ported classic CSS Zombie Horde maps to CS:GO

I ported these maps because I made Zombie Horde from CSS available on CS:GO, and it would be useless to have Zombie Horde without proper maps. See this thread: http://plaguefest.com/threads/zombie-horde-for-cs-go.20534/

zh_grimoffice can be played on Zombie Riot/Zombie Mod servers without issues, it's not a ZH-specific map at all, in fact, it's more of a ZM/ZR map than a ZH map.

And zh_hangemhigh is an all-around fun map, you can play deathmatch on it if you want (it is originally a Halo map, after all)
