    CS:GO doesn't make it easy for you when using custom particles. Here is a video tutorial on how to port .pcf files (particle systems) from older games such as CS:S and how to display them on local servers.

    Applications used:
    - GCFscape - http://nemesis.thewavelength.net/files/files/gcfscape185.exe
    - XVI32 (hex editor) - http://www.handshake.de/user/chmaas/delphi/download/xvi32.zip
    - VIDE - http://www.riintouge.com/VIDE/VIDE.zip
    - Notepad++ - https://notepad-plus-plus.org/download/
    - Sourcemod plugin to load particles - https://mega.nz/!mQZWxaYb!-Iraq5VkRpepwlRsBarYJAiB8s0Zk3I46PcOzTziMQs
