I noticed a lot of movies people mentioned are pretty common, at least so i thought. Then again i own about 300 movies (sad i know lol)... Here are a couple that some have seen but at least most of my friends havent before...

Robert Downey JR and Val Kilmer are hilarious in it I think. But you need to be a fan of sarcastic/witty humor.
For an Old school movie I have always thought Sunset Blvd was a great Black and White film.
Should also read the book, "Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep" by Philip K Dick.
Will make your mind explode with what the fuck.
