Mmk, so I found a good fan lying around the house in a box, and the one I am using now is so seized it won't even move with a 700watt PSU. Anyway, I unscrewed it but could not unplug the cords/cable from the Motherboard. So I plugged the other fan into the second fan slot, and now I can't unplug that one either.

    Anyone have any ideas?

Your fans are stuck plugged into your mobo?
There probably a little latch on the plug somewhere or something in order to get it out. As for the broken fan i would just toss it an buy a new one.

Nevermind, fixed it. This can be closed/locked. Used some pliers to pull it out. Thanks for the tips 127.
