Seconded. I fix computers for a living with issues like this. MBAM works wonders. If for some reason it doesn't run, let me know. I can walk you through some steps to work it.

372 viruses, i expected more
Had to fix the system for a class mate several years ago and well... 2164 viruses on his hd
Also MBAM is really good, but i hate the fact that you need to buy it for the guard.
I'm using: Avira Antivir, MBAM and Spybot Search & Destroy.
I personally think it's a very good combination, at least if you don't want to buy any security software.
    ---EDIT---
And most of your "viruses" are tracking cookies, not that dangerouse as the keyloggers, etc.

Yeah, MalwareBytes program is awesome. I got infected with a real bad viruses twice that blocked all my programs and tried to push me into buying an antivirus. Malwarebytes cleared those viruses.
However, it doesn't provide real time protection unless you purchase it. So I also use free Ad-Aware for real time protection.

Obviously your computer's got some bad stuff going on... but some of those entries look like cookies. May not be quite as bad as it seems.... still run the Anti-Virus and Anti-Spyware software as reconmended.
