We should not. That whole piece was written by a bias (and irrelevant) news outlet to justify their illegal invasion of a land.

lol wut. In 1571 Ottomans were controlling Cyprus, when war started around 1878 with Russians, they temporarily gave Cyprus to British. In 1924, after signing Treaty of Lausanne, British decided to keep the island under their name. At the end of 1950s Greeks and Turks who were living in Cyprus didn't want to live under control of British, so they decided to fight with them. After a while there was a Greek-Turkish government, but it didn't last for long. 13 years later Greeks did not want to co exist with Turks and they started killing people for no reason. In that article, it says that was a peace operation. It is true, Turkey did not want to fight at first. Warnings were given out but Greeks didn't give a single flying fuck. Instead of conquering whole island they decided to give some of it to Greeks so they could do their own shit there and won't bother Turks.

Don't believe everything you read. Author of that article is a Cocksucker and trying to blame Turks for not letting Kurdish people have their own land. I've no idea where you found this but do some research before believing something.

Should I believe in all the 9-11 and moon land conspiracy theories out there on the Internet? Absolutely not. While I do not agree with Israel invasion of Gaza. I feel like they are being singled out by the United Nation for politics reason.

Fuck Turkey and Greece. They fight over literally the stupidest shit, all for their old world belief in "pride". If they destroy each other then good, we don't need their persistent ignorance influencing anyone else in the world.

It was the United Nations who decide the Jews should get half of the land Palestine had. Don't blame the Jews for illegally invaded other people land. When it was the United Nations, who sanctions the act in the first place.

Who said I was blaming Palestine for Israel invasion of Gaza? I do not agree with Israel invasion of Gaza. But if we are going to condemned Israel for war crimes. Then we have to condemned Russia China and North Korea for crimes against Humanity.

Ok since we have people that seem to have clue about what their talking about lets break out the history books. The Ottoman Empire controlled what was Present day Israel and Palestine along with many other modern day Arab countries. The Ottoman Empire declared war on the Allies during World War and after the war signed a Treaty with the Allies known as the Treaty of Sèvres. This meant that the Ottoman Empire gave up control of much of their territory over to Armenia, Greece, France and Britain. With France and Britain taking huge chunks of land in the Middle East(ME). This meant that France had control what was called back then Lebanon and Syria. Britain had control of what was called back then Palestine, Transjordan and Iraq.

Now fast forward to the end of World War II and the formation of the UN, countries were devastated by what they saw at the Death Camps where Jews were forced to work until death or just put to death outright. The UN drew up a plan to give the Jews their own nation to call home. Palestine was divided up into Jewish State and Arab State lands, along with an International Zone which was Jerusalem. This plan by the UN didn't sit well with many Arabs and some of the Jewish population, there was unrest in the region and there were revolts in British Territory since Britain was still in control of all that land. Not till 1948 did we have the first full scale war between Israel and the Arab League which consisted of Holy War Army(Palestinians), Arab Liberation Army, Muslim Brotherhood, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Pakistan, Egypt, Jordan and Syria.

During the 1948 Arab-Israeli War Israel was attacked from all sides and heavily out numbered were able to absorb the initial attack and then push back the invading armies. The pushed the armies back into enemy held lands and in 1949 an Armistice was signed with all the countries in the war, from this Armistice Israel nearly doubled in size. They took that land from the aggressors to have as a buffer zone from belligerent Arab nations.

Now fast forward to 1967 and the Six Day War, this was another time with both sides at each others throats and much saber rattling, The PLO(Palestinians) were making sabotage attacks against Israeli military targets. Egypt had mobilized its army and deployed them right on Israel's border along with Jordan and Syria doing the same. Israel on this occasion struck first and caught their enemies by surprise by attacking Egypt's Air Force by surprise and defeating it in one massive strike, which then allowed Israel to have air superiority during the war. The Israelis then invaded Sinai and destroyed much of Egypt's army which numbered over 100k units and up to 160k units in total in Sinai at the time. Israel also turned its attention to Jordan and Syria as well overpowering the Jordanian and Syrian forces and taking the West Bank, Gaza and the Golan Heights as their own to add a much bigger buffer zone.

Now fast forward to 1973 and the Yom Kippur War, this was a surprise attack by Egypt and Syria which also had combat support from Expeditionary Forces, Cuba, Kuwait, Morocco, North Korea, Saudi-Arabia and Tunisia. As you can see a very lopsided war with aggressors out numbering the Israelis by 2.5 to 1. Israel was caught off guard and the Arab countries were making progress during the war, after three days Israel was able to mobilize their entire army and stalemate Egypt in Sinai and push back the Syrians out of Israeli territory. Syria was battered and pushed back into their own country and Damascus was being shelled by Israel at this point Egypt launched a counter-attack that was crushed by Israel and then they counter attacked. The Israeli counter-attack drove the Egyptian army back to Suez and into Egypt. Israel had Suze surrounded while they were advancing onto Cairo. This war was brought to an end by the UN.

Now we fast forward to the Present conflict in Gaza, Hamas which is the elected power in Palestine has launched daily Rocket attacks into Israel with little to no response from Israel since the Iron-Dome was shooting most of the rockets down and the few it didn't caused little to no damage. This continued on for years and years until Israel had enough and decided to respond back in kind and destroy Hamas's ability to launch rockets into Israel along with destroying underground tunnels that Hamas had built to smuggle weapons into Gaza and also to use in attacks against Israel. The aggressor in this Conflict like many of the conflicts that I went over are the Arabs mainly Palestinians along with the other hard-line Arab parties, groups and countries. Israel has every right to defend itself and people from attack which is what their doing currently in this latest operation into Gaza, I have little to no sympathy for the Palestinians as they elected Hamas into power. They made their bed and now they can lay in it. In my honest opinion Israel should continue this operation until they wipe Hamas out completely, if this also means destroying all of Gaza and a large amount of the population in the process then so be it, frankly they deserve it.

Techinially Israel never has illegaly in

Turkey invade the Northern half of Cyprus and force over 200,000 people out of their homes. Over 1000 women including young girls were raped by Turkish solider and over 5000 Greek Cypriots were killed. Thousands of Greek citizens were beaten and tortured many more were put in concentration camps.

BTW-- The Ottoman Empire genocide over 1 million Armenian a crime that Turkey still denied to this very day.

I'm sorry that people trying to regain their territory made you sad. Though your whole spiel can be summarized as "The defenders don't know when to give up" instead of "die die die". If you modernized the colonization of NA today, views who still be the same. Though your mind is pro-aggressive war, I just want Elon Musk to finish that habitable space station so I can use my savings to go live.

The Patriots of US killed many Iroquois. The Spanish killed many indigenous people in the SA. The Socialist Party killed many Jewish folks. And Billy Mays still lives on in our dream. Time goes on, another justification to bring up Middle Eastern history to justify today.

Boko Haram has killed way more civilians this year than Israel has. I do not see anybody protest against them.

Regain what territory? Gaza is part of the original UN mandate that gave birth to the country of Israel and paved the way for Palestine as well. Hamas isn't out try and "regain" territory they want to destroy the country of Israel and wipe it off the globe along with its people.

The commies on the left forgot how Hamas train their people to kill and fight the Jews wherever they find them.

When you turn on the news what do you generally see as the headline? Give you a hint its about Israel attacking Gaza and the poor little innocent Palestinians(HA!)

The whole Boko Haram thing has died down and nothing has come from it, it lasted what a week if that on the news cycle.

Also Hamas won the political by wiping "violent" (as my friend Secretary-General is Ban Ki-moon tells me) the competition. The people can do what they please but at the end the people aren't responsible for the action of a illegitimate government. If Israel can coexist with Arab then so be it. But the moment you impose ridiculous "Home land" "This is my god land" "I was here and you were here but I have gun now" notion then I can't agree with it.
