    10 bitches! That's so many, and sadly I really did get to tired to do more. -D- I am badly out of shape.

    Others can join, just show us how muscular you are. I need my fap material. Please.

      Well, I can do 40-50 of those type of pushups :wink:

      If you go all the way down to the ground (very slightly touch your chest to the ground), it becomes much harder.. I can do maybe 25-30 of those. Also, I don't lift or anything, I just disc golf (strong arms haha).

      And sorry I'm not gonna video it lol.


      edit: LOL ghost, but he has poor technique!

      edit2: just tried the non-chest-touch method, and got 49 :grin: I was trying for that 50th but damn nope.

      Bitch lemme break out the video camera and hit 60 no problem. .... I need to get a video camera or at least a webcam....

      Also @Dirtbag, if my old hockey trainer saw you do those push-ups, he wouldn't gouged is eyes out with a semi-sharp object.

      @Ghost, that dude has TERRIBLE form.

        I use to be able to do over 50 in grade 9 (properly, I use to bitch others out for doing it wrong. I am ashamed. :<), but I haven't done ANY physical activity since then. Which has been 4~ years now. :/

        78 in two minutes, and that is with perfect form, i.e no breaking the plank, and chest to the ground.

        Just constantly do them until muscle failure.

        You could also space your hands further apart to get more.

            Anyone who lifts or runs consistently should be able to break 50. Hell, I'm only in marginal shape and I hit 49 (of the easy kind).

            In the Army one of your pt evaluations is based on push-ups, I get blown away by guys pushing over 100.

            Did enough. Can do more than enough, but that isn't necessary.

            You look like you weigh 120 lbs, it should be easier for you.

            Also don't stare at the ground, it is fucking up your form. Keep your head up and look forward.

            I've always lacked upper body strength, so doing pressups where my arms get to 90 degrees I can manage about 30 in a minute.

            We do these types where i work. Box pushups

            and line pushups


            both are easy as long as everyone works together, 1 weak link screws everyone over.

            Last time I did an Army PT test I did 56 (I think?) push-ups in two minutes, all with proper form.
