    Every day one of your services is off or with limited access, give them a call and request a refund for those days. If you're paying like $200/month for voice+net+cable, two days refund would be $13.33. It will be provided as a service credit so you bill would be $186.67 instead. Just a heads up.

    Yeh the one thing I used to hate about Comcast is when they did updates to their system it would always end up going down from like 12 to 2am during the summer for their stupid upgrades. It used to drive me crazy!
