2 abusive admins

    I have been playing on the zombie mod server 69.162.109.180 for the past year with no problems. People were talking about asian girls and i said asian girls were whores. I was kicked for racism. I rejoin and dont say anything at all not one word and am kicked again for the same reason with a perma ban warning. Check the logs if you want. I rejoin and an admin said "ASIANS ARE WHORES" I said oh its ok for your admins to say it wtf.

    The 2 admins were moofasa and bella.

    I cant give you moofasa steam id because he left the server when i said i was going to file a complaint.

    I dont appreciate this kind of admin abuse. Not to mention the reason for it is obvious Bella was cought on a jail break server using a voice changer and its a guy pretending to be a girl. And I was the one who banned her/it/him whatever it is for causing drama.

    I hope this matter will be delt with as I have donated many times simply ask for my paypal id and i will pm it to a site admin.

    I think some admins need to review the punishment procedures... I didn't see a warning for your comment which I see as being harmless, but others might actually take offense. I have more of a problem with an admin kicking you for saying it, then said admin says it themselves. HOWEVER... what we don't know is if bella was answering a question. Perhaps someone on mic said "what did he say?" and she answered him with "asians are whores" - so the logs here don't hold any validity here.

    Moofasa's kick for you shouldn't have been for "racism" but rather for admin disrespect for "just because you got a little dick and cant get any kind of pussy". Also the argument about your GF being asian is a piss poor excuse, avoid it next time. It's the same as someone joining the server and saying "N*****" and saying it's OK because his best friend is black. It's not.

    I am fine with the first kick but to kick me a second time for racism again was total crap. And then to say im going to be perma banned when ive been playing on this server for over a year with no problems what so ever. I mean no warning nothing just kicked twice.

    You should have been warned about the comment if that admin truly feels it was subject to Rule 6. It's become apparent that some admins aren't following the punishment procedures on certain rules...

    Not to point anyone out, but this is from a higher up:

    This is entirely wrong. Seems I might have to remind admins to review the rules yet again... :dry:

    My only suggestion for you is to keep that temper under wraps... it won't lead to any good on the server. I can understand your anger with the situation but saying shit like "you don't get any pussy" doesn't help anything.

    This is the reason I always tell admins to specify the reason for kicks. We can always pull the logs and check exactly what was happening.

    Well is pretty clear you have reading problems as logs are posted above and clearly show no warning was given. And like the other admins say you need to read the admin rules again. You never warned me just kicked me twice. And logs are above in case you want to read them.

    THERE WAS NO WARNING GIVEN!

    Its possible the warning was given verbally through Mic..But then again an admin should always do it through text anyways because they don't know whether you have In game voice turned on or not and etc.

    Admins are required to use text chat to issue warnings, for exactly this reason. Mics don't show up in logs, so there's no evidence if they warn or not. But if they issue the warning through chat, we can see it and not have to chew out an admin for punishing people with no prior warning.

    As for the OP's issue, I do agree that a warning should have been issued for your comments. They are disrespectful and do violate our rules that we use on our servers. If you don't agree with an admin's decision regarding a punishment, the last thing you should do is throw personal insults at them for it. All that will do is further enforce their decision to punish you, and possibly end up with you being removed from the server. In the future if an admin kicks you for something you don't agree with, just keep playing and do what they say. You're also more than welcome to report it if what they are doing violates any of our rules.
