Admin complaints - Private

I thought it might be profitable if not everyone, including admins can see topics in the admin complaints section.
If the edvidence shows that the admin has abused, the admin could be asked for his side of the story.
It's so admin complaints aren't continiously unneededly interrupted by the admin in question, and it would make dealing with the complaints much easier.

Seriously, I think it's more for transparency than anything else. If it's not out in the open so everyone can see, than the same people can go back and say we don't do anything, our admins are out of control, they're protecting him/her, complaints aren't handled fairly, etc. If the admin who is being complained about follows the rules and procedures and does their due diligence than there should be no reason why we can't have it out in the open for everyone to see.

No, but I've been in serveral communities.
One having hidden admin complaints, and it actually worked much more efficient, with less drama.

It is useful to have admin abuse threads open to the public so other players who were witnesses can comment.
