Banned but with in error?

    It's been a long time since I ever joined a zombie server, but when I tried to join it says I was banned. I went over to http://plaguefest.com/sb/index.php?p=protest but i got this error Error
    * That Steam ID is not banned! D: plz help

    It's your IP that is banned, prob the anti-flood.
