Banned twice

Hi all, I am a big fan of zombie escape server,I always respect the rules but today I screwed this up by making a little joke.
Allow me to explain,we were playing Stroggos map and than when the vote for a new map has started I called the 1 spammers ,using "the N word" , I said something like : "Lol ,those niggas voted this crappy map" (1 spammers) or something like that,I don`t remember exactly.
Okay ,don`t get me wrong but I was just mad and there is no defence for my actions which I sincerely regret.

The admin who banned me is Harvey,I have nothing personal with him,he seems like a great guy and is doing his job as an admin.

But here is what i can`t understand,after my blunder with the n Word i got banned for 1 hour,after the ban expired I joined the game by acting like a normal person where Harvey banned me for second time, but now the duration is 1 day (24 hours).
I am not complaining about it but i just want to know the reason for banning me for second time.

All what I`ve said it was: "Harvey :>" (he was in spec mode),and i waited for him to say something or just to let me know that he is not afk,i wanted this to present my apologies to him for previous scene and make him understand that i am really sorry about my actions.

I am not requesting unban just an explanation in a few sentences about the second ban.

You were manually banned from the game for 1 day, but for some reason our system did not reflect the ban properly and allowed you back in after an hour.

When I saw you had returned after an hour, I thought there was a failure in our application and re-banned.

I believe you are sincere and that you regret your choice of words, so I will go ahead and unban you.
