Fixed server stability issues

    Disabled the global banning last night, it was causing major stability problems for some strange reason.

    I will look into the problem again soon, however all bans are local now.

    Cam server is offline right now, if you dont know. It goes online and crashes, but you can never connect.

    It crashes whenever someone tries to enter the server.

    Once it comes online, and one tries to connect, it freezes on "Sending Client Info.."
    And the server goes offline.



    It started happening at 10AM this morning, exactly after the 10 o'clock restart.

    Shit, I have to operate on the server with pure command-line now at school? This is going to be fucking hard, I don't have FTP access or anything, plus i don't have much time, go another exam here really soon.
