how to make a gif usable as a spray?

    hey does anyone have a tutorial on how to turn a gif i have into a file usable by steam considering all the guides i find are for Photoshop CS2 which is outdated.

    A gif useable by steam... I know .TGA files can be used in all HL2 mods (Such as CSS) and its pretty much the exact same as a gif.
