Ignis Solus - TF2 Machinima, digg it!

Lit Fuse Films has put out what is believed to be the first fan-made Team Fortress Two machinima (in other words, not created by VALVe). Ignis Solus is Latin and roughly translates to "burn alone"

lets do it man... i was pretty sick in the face on quake team fortress.. when comes to sniper / soldier or engineer cant beat me on that oO my clan in brazil won regionals and state.. kinda like our cpl here ^^

Believe it or not, I've played nothing but half-life, and cs. And blue shift and others for the original half-life. And I've recently gotten DSL, I had satellite before, but there was no way to play anything online. I've never played Team Fortress. Someone fill me in. What in the hell am I missing?

LOL its a good game i will def man i will see how much it will cost to rent a small server OR just run it off mine.

Team Fortress is a game where you basically got the 2 teams ( blue and red ) and also you got several classes to choose from where the final objective is protect your main base and your flag or attack your enemies base and steal their flag.

alright... back to classes... you have:

Sniper: The usual sniper in any game and your aim is basically a laser dot which i think is the coolest sniper engine in any game ever.

Spy: Pretty much an Assassin.. you can Stealth and go behind people and pretty much "Back Stab" them, you can poison them and slow them down and stuff.

Soldier: Got a Rocket Launcher that blows everything around you up... Pretty Badass.

Engineer: Build up Sentry guns and shit... One of my favorites.. Best for flag and base protection.

Scout: Fast mother fucker thats all about going in the base and Stealing Enemies Flags.... Fastest also of all of the classes.

Pyro: Burn people down with the flame thrower... Shits Sick.

Heavy Weapons Guy: Thats my nickname to the nutcase... Got this sick MachineGun that fucks shit up quick.. But hes mad slow and cant walk around while shooting.

Medic: Can cure you from poisons... Heal You... And also got this Gun that can keep Healing while you getting shot at... Crazy dude.

Thats pretty much the basics.. Besides Quake Team Fortress (HL Team Fortress is an evolution of that) and CS 1.5 - CSS / Battlefield viet / 1942 / UT's and stuff thats all i played my life. And by far Team Fortress Series is my Favorite.

Okay, yeah. I can't wait to play it.

Its sick... I will try with rain and get a server for us.. Lets see what happens ^^

i rember about 9 years ago i played tf2 and was the spy and fained my death and i was so confused and so on but now i haven't play tf2 in like 5 years but i was good at one point

Before TFC there was Team Fortress, a 1996 QuakeWorld mod. TF's developers were working on Team Fortress 2 as a standalone game, but later joined Valve Software and ported the original as a mod for Half-Life called Team Fortress Classic in April of 1999. Despite the company's 1998 statement that Team Fortress 2: Brotherhood of Arms would be released "soon," the game remained in development of one form or another for eight years and has been on Wired magazine's top ten vaporware list every year since 2001. On July 15, 2006, Valve announced that Team Fortress 2 (Brotherhood of Arms was dropped from the title) would be released with Half-Life 2: Episode Two for the PC, Xbox 360, and PlayStation 3. The release date for Episode Two was set for Winter 2006, but was recently pushed back. The current release date is October 10 2007.
