Map Requirements 09

    To help organize this forum a bit, I'm posting this thread.

    Before you suggest maps, please make sure that the map:

    1) Has approximately 56 spawn points at least.
    2) Is decently small in filesize (20MB or less bzipped, or 40MB BSP.)
    3) The map is optimized well (has suitable FPS)
    4) The map is large enough for a 64 player server.
    5) The map looks professional.
    6) Little to no illegal spots (Crouch and Ledge)
    7) Link to the map, I won't search for the file.

    If the map you want to suggest meets those requirements, feel free to post it!

    Pull up the other map thread where I submitted at least five.
    All of them were 50-64. Please check them out.

    I'm not looking for edited maps off of fpsbanana, i'm looking for maps made by our members. Matt, link me to that thread.
    The whole point of testing a map is to find out what is illegal and what isn't. Some vents are needed to slow people down. as long as there is either another way in or it isn't that long. there shouldn't be a problem

    The maps made could go through too? ..... I just made a ZM map, ask matt, (just finnished adding stuff to it)... so maby ill post it later...

    and phob, I'm talking about maps that you made, you can suggest a map that you make if you've made more then one...
    I don't want different versions of the map that are not public. I'm not saying that we can't edit some maps but I don't want to have 200 maps with pf versions. If you have to contact the map maker and ask for them to release a new version with more spawn points. <I'm the reason why church of mint has 64 spawn points because I asked the map maker to release a version with 64.
