Muted country?

Well i need help to talk online in the zombie's servers but my mic works ok, i told some admin ingame and he told me its probably that the country i am is muted, if your guna unmute the country i am i am very thankfull i am in: South America,Colombia,Medellin city.

well im not actually colombian he just moved here for some family problems

I'm sorry for the inconvenience and the list of countries on our safe list are countries where English is the native language. Here are some ways to get your mic working:

Become a donator! You will have ping immunity and will be safely placed on your mic safelist. You also get donator skins that give you a little bit extra during game play as a human (like looking sexy).

Politely ask an admin to mute and unmute you. Ask once and wait. If nothing happens, ask again and wait. Do NOT spam in an effort to get the attention of an admin as it will not be the type of attention you want. Whether to mute/unmute you is up to the discretion of the admin and they are not obligated to do so.

Mic access on the server is restricted to a list of certain allowed countries due to the amount of spam we were seeing on voice. If you want to try and have your country added to the allowed list, please send a message to Kyle or Josh. They should be able to help you.

you don't have to become a donator to get out of the blacklist.

No you do not just make a post in that thread. You would have to PM Kyle directly as posting in that thread is a fail when it comes to following directions.

Actually they were white listed because they followed the instructions. They were just voicing their opinions about blacklisting entire countries.

Following instructions go a long way in this community.

that's called sarcasm. It's to show that "ADMINZ R ALWAYS WRIGHT" is a stupid/elitist idea.

I assume he wanted it for zombie mod 2 as well as we were on that server when he requested the information.
