Need Help with Donation problem

I donated to the server and the skins arnt working for me. Anyone know why / can anyone help me please?

The website donation system is separate from the donation on the "Admin Purchase" page. That is the only page that gives you the ingame skins. Please Click here.

If you like I can refund your donation so you can buy it through the admin purchase page. Your skins will work when that is done.

Awww man. Yes can you please refund it so i can transfer it over to the admin purchase page, or can you just make it so i get the skins anyway?
