We will need to recreate the subscription for us to set you up with admin. Is it okay with you if I cancel your subscription and refund you? From there you will be able to buy the admin package.

Add plaguefest admins to your steam friends list, and harass them until someone trains you. I personally enjoy harassing kyle, but that's besides the point.
