new PrIVATE server

all though this will unlikely happen, i suggest we make a private server for ranks 50- ,with a password that change weekly, so we can reduce the numbers of noobs for the people that really want to play.

although this will be tough to keep up for people to keep on playing both servers to keep ranks ,but most of the time it will be easy ,as i have been rank 31 for about 15 moths and playing minimumly
