I say save your money and get something better, even build your own, its not hard. I was never an MSI fan so maybe im bias but ive had nothing but bad experiences with their stuff. and AMD... ewwwww........ whatever floats your boat man... And ck's right, compUSA is seriously not a good place to get a system from, NewEgg has better barebones systems. RMA's with NewEgg are way better too. Hit this up man: Newegg BareBones

does newegg.com not do anything like that? Haven't really looked into it but if they ship busted crap to you, you can get it replaced. Also they do a great job of getting your stuff to you.

to answer your question zm slayer, yes, that heatsink would be fine wtih the AMD cpu. Its not top end, but it will do just fine.

I would also spend a few extra bucks and get a nicer heatsink. Also, i am not a huge fan of the MSI motherboards. I typically only buy Asus boards and will continue that way, because I never have had a problem with them, or with the drivers. They are also very easy to overclock and usually come with good software to monitor your overclocking.

I would personally go with this kit over the one you had listed. Better chipset, and faster ram. I think that will make a bigger difference than the small processor speed upgrade.

My god... That Heat sink is terrible D:

What is your actual budget? Because if it is $200, I hate to say it but you are not going to get much.

    EDIT: $400 with Tax

That kit is a bit better. I would contact them and see if you can step the ram up to the PC6400 800mhz. They might only charge you a couple bucks to up it, and it is generally worth it.
