PF Jen. Frequent admin abuse.

Hi,

I was recently banned by PF Jen for having an "unacceptable" name and spawn camping. In terms of the unacceptable name, that name was "taco's whore sister." Now, I never knew bad language was a factor on this server, and considering the fact that I originally had the name created with 4+ admins on a few nights ago. (who were laughing at it, by the way.) I feel this is unacceptable grounds for a ban.

Now for the "spawn camping." This spot is arguably one of the best spots on this map, and I mean, really. Is there such thing as spawn camping on a zombie server? Also, I have used it since the beginning of my play on this server. (Which has been for a very long time.) With no ramifications up until now. Not to mention that ever spot on this map overlooks the main spawn. (Im not sure of the name, but it is the large warehouse with like, 4 levels. My spot is under one of the building platforms.

In terms of the admin abuse, this is not the first time PF Jen has used her mod abilities in unmerited situations. There has been countless times where I have seen her ban people for the slightest thing. Now, this never occurs when other admins are on, but when it is only her playing. She makes a point to make it "her" server. Wether this be constant bans, lectures, or threats, for little to no reason.

I have been a long time player on this server, and its frustrating to get banned for just playing the game. My steam ID is STEAM_0:0:4903375 00:13, and I would appreciate being unbanned. I really love this server. It has a lot of good people playing on it. It just sucks to see it messed up by a few bad mods.

You were Banned for 5 mins. just letting you know. I asked you to change ur name bc the joke with TacoBell was over and that name was STRICKLY for him.. i asked you once and you changed it whats the problem?

For spawn Camping.. In AppleBetter World we do NOT allow you to camp underneath Spawn when you are a human because it is soooo cheap. all the other admins agree with me on that one. I warned you, you moved. ok .. than next round you went BACK there i warned .. you didnt listen than i kicked you. NEXT round you went BACK there i warned you, you didnt listen, than i banned you for 5 mins.

Now i ban people because of a legitament reason and i dont need to give you an explaination, i inform all the admins y i do ban and they agree with it. and i dont lecture people sry, but thats just not me oO

That is true i was on at the time playing and i even warned him to get out from under there and jen has warned him several times he did not listen. If jen was not going to ban him i was about to, when ever we change to apple better world i usually put a telly up under there this time i did not cause there was not alot of people on playing. Still after warning you server times you still went there so you got banned for 5 mins. Next time listen to the admins and everything will be ok. As far as the name thing goes i dont know what went on there.

When comes to bad language... it depends on the situation but if its hard core it can for sure generate ban after warnings of course. The tacobell joke was funny for awhile but got old and its time to let it go you know.. She asked you to change the name didnt went all crazy on you so dont see any issue there.. The reason you got banned was for camping under the spawn on AppleBetterWorld after several warnings from admin j3n telling you not to camp there.. She kicked you and you came back and kept camping on the spot she warned you not to.. warned again.. You didnt listen and kept camping there.. 5 min ban.. Honestly was a perfect move.. Dont see any abuse since she warned you enough times and you didnt listen to the admin. It was only a 5 min ban ^^

People hated me too because i never allowed people camping in illegal spots and doing w.e they want it to do.. I been busy lately so this report would probably be about me if i was still playing like i used to

I will be talking with j3n about this incident and make sure shes not "over using" her powers in any point. Thanks for your time and i hope this reply help you in anyway.

p.s: in the future.. listen to admins.. she warned you enough about the illegal spot not to camp at and you kept going back.. if it was me i would had banned you the same way.. Also try and post as a member of the forums not just a guest ^^

Alright.. I guess this raps it up this incident.

I guess it does. It doesn't change the fact that this is a reoccurring thing with jen. Oh well, everything catches up with you in the end.

Well in Jens defense to the last comment.I have never seen Jen abuse her admins powers so not sure where you get off saying she does or saying it's a reoccuring problem.Jen did the right thing so as far as I see it,so she's in the clear!Keep up the good work Jen!
