This is the first part. The rCon vote he started was for low grav. As far as I'm concerned majority vote won. I voted against it but hey, what right did I have to bitch at that moment. As zombies were flying, survivors dwindled slowly until I was the last one. When I noticed I wouldn't be able to get out of it intact I decided to spec to save myself the unfair death. A few seconds into my return I say "Oh you, Punisher. You know, I still don't see anywhere in the rules that states speccing is illegal." Then he says that line, saying he's making it a rule. To MY knowledge at the time I wasn't aware of a regular admin being able to pull rules out of their ass. So I did what anyone in my shoes would have and I called him on his bs. I said something along the lines off "Haha, no, fuck that. You're not even a head admin, you don't have the right to make rules all whilly nilly. You're just a bitter little boy."(I know I'm not winning any points for offending him but I personally felt it was justified. Doesn't absolve me of the ban, knowingly that alone earned me the ban.) At that point I was kicked and banned. Not until afterward talking to Josh did I find out he did have that right. I guess I know what 15 bucks buys you on pF now. I'm not going to play innocent, I've had a few admins get pissed at me, I've defended my case stating that it's not in the rules and that i'm not participating in the contest, I don't think anyone should force me to abide by it's subjective rules. I always abide by the server rules, for the most part I stay out of trouble. For the most part, atleast. Atleast I don't have a long sheet of offenses, or much of a list if any. I guess that's all I have to say. Thank you for your time and I -bows down- await the judgement of those with more power than I.

As for spectating, we should have it as a rule. !ztele rule should be taken off the list considering you can just bind spectate.

While I believe that Chris has the power to create rules, I would like it posted on the forums and announced on the server before bans are placed. Throwing down a banstrike w/o warning isn't the best thing. Not the smartest thing to call him a name after the drama had already started though.

That's the catch. I've stated to EVERYONE far and wide. I AM NOT taking part in the contest. I do NOT want to be involved with it in ANY way. I'd think that if I somehow took one of the winning spots in the rankings the next person below me would be given the prize and not me. Unless you're going to force a prize on me. :down: The rankings are a seperate entity and I don't see why I can't compete in rankings just because a contest is going on at the same time that uses the aid of the rankings. Besides, I wasn't hiding. I was in an open spot with half a dozen or more survivors when low gravity was turned on and my comrads (which were crucial to my survival) died because of floating zombies. If that's how things are going to be during contest season regulars like me might as well leave until it's done, lwhile we let everyone else play dice. (Seeing as with things like random low grav makes your the contest more of a game of chance than skill.)

As for you Punisher, I won't bother everyone else with my complaints about you. I will say that you're incredibly self-righteous and self-serving for an admin. You do things like activate low grav and just generally do things for YOUR own enjoyment while punishing others when they don't abide by your own regulations on enjoyment. I think you're too observant of MY doings and you should just pay attention to YOUR own. The only rule I broke is disrespecting an admin.

The reason I'm angry is because anyvote on the server can be won by putting the preffered choice on 1. It's a pretty well known fact. There are very few times anything else wins. I'm mad because he called the vote out of nowhere. Which, considering the unfairness of the voting system, is almost the same thing as activating it without warning. No one's going to listen to you when you say "No! Vote no on it!" no matter how many people you've got backing you. I'm not going to say he did it intentionally. I don't know that. What I do know is that he kicked me afterward and banned me for getting angry about it. If you got kicked, knew why (but knew it had no validaty) wouldn't you get mad too? To be honest, Punisher is constantly on my back. I'm not a paranoid delusional, he has muted me without warning, he's banned me like this before except the first time I wasn't disrespecting him, I was banned on the first go. I don't care what problem he has with me, I don't take it to the server itself. I may bitch non-stop to the admins I've gotten to know, but for the most part I keep it off the server. I want him off my back, if you need to make a surveilance team to moniter my actions in game for rule breaking, do it. I just don't want him to be the one passing judgement. His judgement is not just and I'm not the only one who thinks so. I'm just the only idiot who can put his whining and complaing into something legible.

Hhhmmm... you could... I don't know, set up a false/blank slot 1 vote like most sensible people have being doing when they bring up a non-map related vote. Besides, the only other time you banned me was for spectating AND.. what a surprise, you not only didn't give a warning BUT had just like this time banned me for something that isn't a rule. The only difference this time is you were more prepared. The time you MUTED me, hmm, I wasn't mic spamming. I'm a talkative person, sure, but if you're going to mute person it should be after you've already asked them to be quiet. Even then I don't see you having any reason to mute me whatsoever. If you're talking about the time you were in that room at wtfhax you had kicked me that time and I didn't think you'd be such a poor sport as to let everyone out. Guess I was wrong.
