    So Taters and I today made pancakes. It sparked in the back of my head that we should make a thread dedicated to our creations in the kitchen, and out of shear hunger.

    Here's what I made today:

    PANCAKES = DO WANT.
    I pretty much just eat frozen microwave-y stuff and sandwiches made of bagel, salami, provolone, and m00stard. Not much of a chef...

    if you want an extra kick, add a pinch of saffron while cooking it, and toss in a sliced hardboiled egg when you plate it. it makes it more tolerable.

    nahh i say soak the noodles then wok-fry them, take them out. fry up some spam or ham. add water to the wok the seasoning some fish sauce and oyster sauce, crack a few eggs in there but it all back together season a little more to taste. thats how my Thai friends mom does it. cept. she doesnt ever take the noodles out.

    on a related note, i like egg flower soup.

    it's better when it's made the traditional way, because i had a taiwanese friend whose mom made it ALL the time. it was made from scratch, a little spicy, but it was tasty.

    pretty simple to make too, you just need the right broth.

    tea is amazing any time of the day, especially when you add like 8 spoons of sugar and a dab of honey, the thing on the right im not sure what it is.
