Punisher Abuse

Well it seems I found another one I just seem to attract retard admins like flies it seems.

Well we are in the server punisher decided to come on with in a minute he mutes me for no reason.
You should be able to check in mute logs. No reason given I was my normal talking self.
5 other admins on during the time NOT ONE had a problem or had requested me to be quiet but nop punish again mutes me
Some thing he seems to like doing alot to people who dont kiss up to him.

So now im muted so I cant talk remember this it will be important.


So next round starts
So then the next round starts.

I run up stairs and the room im in EVERY Body zombies.
So i turn tail and haul my ass down stairs I run into an OPEN ROOM.
There is no barricade set up.
As i run in punisher shots a book case onto me.
So im stuck in the corner.. Ofcourse I cant talk to ztele as im stuck and ive lost the zombies so it isnt trying to ztele from a zombie.
So I shoot the book case against the wall. Remember the book case was never a barricade and it wasnt set up as he had just shot it as i went in.
I dont fuck up the book case i simply shoot it about a foot along the wall keeping it up as not to screw him.

BAN.
Now I cant ztele due to him muting me for no reason.
Then I get banned for? Moving a book case.
Even if you want to pull that it counts as a barricade [Yeh in his dreams]
I didnt break it nor did me moving cause him to be zombied or put him at any disadvantage or lose any time.


I cant see why I should be banned due to an admins abuse in muting me.
Because of the simple abuse of muting me just because he doesnt like me [Get over it your an admin act like it]
I hope he will be dealt with as if he abuses with me chances are he does it with others.
But at the end of the day. The ban was for breaking a barricade and I didnt break a barricade that didnt even exist.

1. He self admitted no reason for the mute other than he heard JUST HIS NAME. OMG His NAME I forgot saying some ones name is abuse. Em I will have to start going " Hm Hm yeah you come here"
2. Self admitted I didn't break a barricade as he was building it IE NOT MADE NOT A BARRICADE.
3. Hay you just admitted you abused 2 times and confirmed 100% my story.

Well last time I checked ranting isn't against the server. Plus im having fun get over it .

You muted me for saying your name then banned me for 1000 minutes for doing nothing other than moving a book case about foot of me so I could get out.

Many times you've disrespected me in the server, which i have ignored.

So this is where i stand.

Sorry 1 person was complaings.
Who I also might add was vote muted the map before for his own personal abuse of the mic.
And if people wish for me to be quiet there is a nice votemute command for players to decide . [5 hrs playing I had 1 votemute]
Also what I did yesterday or last week or the week before to annoy you doesnt mean nothing today.

You self admit you abused not once but twice.

Peanut, for how often i'm in the server, i've been forced to listen to you disrespect people over and over on the mic. I would of muted you too. And votemute is broken, you can thank me for that. I haven't been able to fix my script.

The ban wasnt heavy it was totally not even called for.


If you mute some one for ANY REASON its your fault when they cant ztele or zstuck.
You can not ban some one for also doing nothing wrong and thats the point here.

Isn't the point of a mute to punish the person for abusing their mic privileges. Everyone knows that you can't ztele when muted, that is part of the fucking point. You're ability to use a mic is not a right you're guaranteed to here. When you saying things in excess that are not relevant you're abusing the privilege. At that point you're encroaching on others abilities to have a good time. Different admins use mutes differently but once you cross that line of annoyance its anyone's call. I probably would have muted you before Pun.

Furthermore you cannot claim that you are able to break other rules because another imposed punishment prohibits you from certain actions. Thaii s the dumbest fucking logic. Additionally you have no right to determine what a barricade is. I could move a plant into a hallway and call it a cade. It sounds like you knew exactly what you were doing.

That being said I wasn't there and have no say in what occurred. However the few times Ive been on recently this kid has not shut up. I say fuck the ban and just perma mute him in console.

Peanut like I told you in game you are talking too much on the mic. I can see that everyone agrees with me right?? You r a good player i havent see you doing anything wrong. Please remember that most of the people don't enjoy when someone is talking to himself the whole round most of the time about pointless stuff. you have a few different warnings now from different admins so please stop abusing the mic.
