I was on your server for 5 min. I have not been on it in many months.

I was playing and i heard one admin making fun of a guy that he just kicked, and he was going on and on.

I just typed these words.. " why not ban him, your just fanning the flames"

nothing spoken on my mic, no other words typed.

i was instantly banned. BTW my user name is zz Charles in Charge. STEAM_0:1:22257338

RXN was there i dont know if he remembers.. but if he does he can back me up.

And the guys you are talking about are "skooks" and the "shook one guy". And it was about 2 hours earlier in the night.. You handled that one poorly as well, very poorly.

Ok, I was there when skooks and shook one were trolling. Honestly though, I have no idea who in the world you are Charles. This must've happened while I was away from my computer but next time, if you truly feel an admin is crossing the line, please do grab a demo and submit proof. Now mind you intentionally trying to sabotage an admin will be dealt with swiftly and harshly.

Otherwise, since the ban has expired awhile ago, I'm going to assume this matter is now closed.

no one here seems to think that banning someone for saying just one thing, a comment that is not hatefull or threating, is wrong.

however, the phrase "I am not admin, therefore I am wrong" holds true with the server nowadays.
I don't know why they aren't punishing him for blatant admin abuse. there's no rules against it.

And peatear it shouldn't matter if The person pointing out the admin abuse is admin or not.

I believe there are two sides to every story. The banning admin claims more words were exchanged than just that. If indeed someone made one comment that was fairly benign and was banned for it, it certainly would fall under admin abuse but if that wasn't the case, then is it really abuse?

How often do we have people coming on to the forums, making a thread about admin abuse, and leaving out just a few major details in an effort to make the admin look bad? It normally happens 99% of the time.

I'm in no way stating this is what the OP did, but just remember most admins make an effort to stay on neutral ground until we get the full story.

Next time bring better proof.
