You may notice this website and the FASTDL going slow over the next few days, as the webserver is suffering from HDD failures. It's still being worked on, and the state has improved since a little while ago, considering the server would randomly reboot every 30 minutes and it wouldn't boot back into Linux after the last shutdown. Update: all of the data got transferred onto a new server, everything should be fixed now.
