Terrorist's shutting Doors/Gates

    I was on another server and they had a new update installed that kept terrorists from shutting gates and door's(For example on LOTR where if there's a terrorist ahead of everyone they'll trap all the CT's and everyone for a good 15 seconds behind an Invisible vine thing) Might be something you guys want to look into?

    most of the doors are triggered, meaning, after u hit/pass/press the trigger, the door closes in 15 seconds or something

    That's not what hes talking about. He means for instance, the first barrier that appears in helms deep, or the gate that closes on the elevator in the stargate map, or the boards that go across the bridges on PotC (Granted the last one still does let CT through). These are triggered because the map thinks that the terrorists are zombies, although nobody has been selected as a zombie at the time. In some maps it can really increase your chance of being infected, and in others, it can screw a bunch of people over. In helms deep you will find that sometimes a CT does get through because he is far enough ahead of the Ts in his group, and then will run up the ramp right away, causing many people to not make it in time.

    DOT on..Thanks for explaining it in more detail...Another good example would be on Mako how terrorists Initially spawn in the train...Then right before the round starts they end up at the back of the map on a beam. Unless that map was made to do that..I'm not sure.

    Curious. I will look in to this if this continues to be a problem. Please refer to this thread. It goes hand-in-hand with this situation.
