    What I do is put my web cam in front of my monitor and adjust it until the feed is clear!
    ask the people in the broadcast for help when adjusting, which is what I do until the majority of the chat is ok with it.

    This relieves a whole lot of memory for your game compared to procaster.
    Procaster is easily the best, but you need to have a lot of memory for it not to lag when you are actually playing a game like Crysis.

    I found a way to get perfect frame rates using procaster. Thanks for the suggestion though =)
