    Since there was enough demand, we've created two new servers to play on. A 24/7 Lila Panic server, and a Zombie Mod reload server. We have not done a Zombie Mod reload server before so we will need to make adjustments to the server on the fly. Please provide feedback on what you think on this issue.

    current reload settings: 12000 for mother zombie, 6,000 for regs, no half zombie, no regen, no respawn, lower ammo and fix the physics

    DeathRun is still a work in progress. I am still toying around with a few ideas.

    Fix the physics? What's wrong with them? Physics are normal.

    lock the server, i'll make a cade, u press e on it as a zombie, and we'll see if they are "good"

    Sugestions for Zombie Mod Limited ammo.

    Half zombie is too cheapish and should be removed.

    Zombie sided push physics are too high.

    More HP for zombies (about 10k for the Mother zombies, more than 4k for the ones that follow)

    Remove unlimited ammo maps/Add old maps that we had that didn't work with our rule-set.

    Revamp of the crouch spot/ledge spot rules in addition to map addition-removals..

    Keep the zombie health bonus for stabbing humans.

    Ammo in general needs to be decreased for some weapons (I.e shotgun).

    - Reduced physics push scale.
    - Slightly increased zombie health
    - Decreased weapon ammo.

    Still thinking about the health bonus on infect and various other changes. I need a list of maps that should be removed.

    Regarding the rules, I'll leave that to you guys to adjust them accordingly.

    Some things I changed for testing:

    - Removed Respawn
    - Increased Zombie Health
    - Increased Knockback
    - Removed Regen

    Not sure if these are balanced yet, but on one map humans won as much as zombies it seems. Needs more play time before further changes are made... Half zombie probably needs more knockback or less HP though.

    Brian at your convenience, would you mind removing Lila_panic map from the rotation on zm1 and zm2?
    I've spoken with the major lila panic server advocates and they all feel that it should be removed.

    I would say keep those maps on the zm1 and zm2 so we have it on that server still. I enjoy playing it for a bit but not 24/7 lol

    Mixed opinions about that too.

    As for Zombie respawn, I think it should be enabled, but decrease zombie health slightly to compensate. Maybe even add a 30 respawn delay as well.

    Apparently "zombie hunting" is an aspect of a reload server's game play though, and with respawn enabled you wouldn't be able to do that. I don't know though, not having respawn on makes me very weary as well since respawn helps a great deal in keeping players in the server. :confused:

    zombie hunting is a great aspect of the game, just give the zombies more hp, and thus noobs stay alive longer, 13k mother 7k regs, get rid of the half zombie and put in some decent models with 2 legs and we're good to go ^_^

    xD i hate reload,
    but seriously, 7k HP ?

    we runned a reload server long years, and max HP was 3k and motherzombie 6k
    still zombies won often

    The reasoning for no respawn is simple (aside from no zombie hunting). Its supposed to take skill to survive as zombie or as human. Instead of shooting endlessly or running into bullets non stop you actually have to work with reload and the fact that you can die as a zombie. Think about it, if you have to reload chances are sooner or later your going to mistime your reload, and if the zombie doesn't have to worry about actually dying he can just keep running at the human until he gets lucky. The whole reason that unlimited servers are more popular now is because its easier to play, but if we are just trying to make this sever more popular and not a traditional reload zombie server, we would be better off making a zm3 with unlimited ammo. But you know i could be wrong, maybe im just nostalgic for the old days of zm.
