What format are you compressing them to and what program? I have fraps, so I don't think I need to download source recorder, but the video is always far too big. My avi files come out to like 4 gigs for 1.5 min of recording @_@

ive used fraps but for some reason i cant record sound =\

i used Adobe premiere Cs3 to compress fraps files and add audio tracks, takes a whhile tho to render out and file size is still rather big.

i got a 3gb file to 500mb

then used 4 media hd convertor to get it into 720 hd and a 150 mb ish file

For the fraps thing, your input device is probably wrong. Try screwing around with the settings.

everytime i recoded something and rendered it it came out laggy and sound all jittery <_<

ok i use source recorder you dont have to dload anything for it its already in css.(lern2use) Then you need to use vdub its a program you put you tgar file that you want to start on in to it and it will make it into a video. i use uncompressed and then i just use settings in the sony vegas i will post a tut with all the config and commands later
