Voice Filtered for Countries not on a Whitelist.

    I know this is rather poor to do, however due to some abusive language as of late I've added a whitelist of Countries that for sure should be able to speak English, and who should actually be playing on the Server.

    The rather small White list is as follows:
    Australia.

    Belgium.
    Canada.
    Germany.
    Great Britain. | United Kingdom.
    Latvia.
    Netherlands.
    Sweden.
    United States.



    All current and future Donators and Admins will not be filtered regardless of your location, as you are trusted members who are there to help moderate the server. We're not trying to be stereotypical, but for some reason the Russian player count is through the roof, and that's where most of the microphone abuse is coming from. If you feel that your country should be added to the White List, by all means state your case here. If it turns into just bashing, the thread will be locked.

    I second Yevgen. Isn't Flamerr from Belgium?

    Also, does "filtered" mean automatic mute? Or stricter mic spamming scripts? I kind of enjoy muting the Russkies.... :smile:

    I really like this Idea to be honest, the Russians were getting really annoying. Also I think Germany should be added to the list because 99% of them speak English very well.

    I'm guessing by filtered if you enter the sever and you're not from the whitelist it automutes your mic. I've seen server that say where you connect from so I'm guessing it'll be a form of that.

    lol anyone else thinkin whitelist and redlist, kind of like commmunist and noncommunist?

    Yeah, for like 30 minutes I was wondering that they're ignoring me, or that my mic's screwed, then I come here and realize It's even worse. Could you guys unmute, unfilter(whatever) Latvia? I'd really appreciate it :smile:. I've seen No Latvian players here, and most of us Speak English anyways. I really enjoy this server but without comms it sucks y'know.

    This was done rather than IPBanning all of Russia, you're still free to play Yevgen, Josh added you to the exception list so you can still use your Microphone to talk to people.

    I think Belgium should be on the white list. The only player that I know from that country is =pF=flamer {BE} and he never spams or anything
