Why was I banned?

Why was I banned from the Plague Fest css escape server. I was just playing on there and I died by not making a jump and it said I was kicked then under it said pwnd noob then I got off and tried to get on the next morning and it says im banned? I just would like to know what I did and to say sorry for what I did if I infact did anything for the ban that was put on me.

If you give me your steam ID or the name you were banned under i could check for you...

Yeah still cant find it. I might just be being stupid but Im pretty sure you aren't listed in SB. This most likely means you were auto banned by console for whatever reason. However if you weren't doing anything i suggest putting in a ban appeal with the details and the higher ups will take a look. Im sure one of them will see this thread and check this situation out further. If not ill contact them on steam when i get home. Sit tight for now, hopefully this will get resolved fairly quickly.

When I try to put an apeal to ban it says that I cant because im not on the ban list.

My bad i should have realized that would happen. Ill make sure to get on top of this as soon as i get home then (assuming one of the higher ups doesn't see this before that time).

I would check for IP bans. Spamming certain commands (RCON mostly without the correct password, and certain plugins) will ban an IP permanently if the banned_ips.cfg is set to not expire. Those types of bans are hard to remove because many times the server won't write it to the banned users file and you'll have to play the guessing game.

I did both a STEAM ID and IP check on SB and got no hits when this thread was created.

I do have a time left key binded but I did not press it durring the particular time I was kicked.

So is there anyway to lift the ban? Cause I know I did not do anything that was against the rules.
